How we handle your data.
This page explains what personal data we collect on investital.eu, why we use it and what your rights are.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Who we are
The controller of your data is Investital SH.P.K., based in Pristina, Kosovo (business no. 71076490). For any privacy question, write to us at info@investital.eu.
We handle data under Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: your full name, email address, company (optional), division, message and the page language. These are sent to us by email at info@investital.eu.
- Emails you send us directly: your address and what you write.
- Technical data: like every website, the server records basic technical data (IP address, browser, page visited, time) for security and operation. To block spam, the form keeps your IP address only in coded (hashed) form and uses it for one hour only.
3. What we don't do
- We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- We don't load fonts or scripts from other companies.
- We don't sell or rent out your data.
Your language choice is saved only in your own browser (local storage), so the site remembers it. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
4. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and for any collaboration that follows (with your consent in the form and at your request).
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
5. Who sees your data
Only the Investital staff handling your request see your data. Our hosting and email provider processes it only on our behalf; its servers may be located outside Kosovo and the EU. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any collaboration that follows, and delete them no later than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Technical server logs are kept for a short time and deleted automatically.
7. Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected, deleted or restricted, to object to its use, to receive it in a readable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to us at info@investital.eu.
If you think your data is not being handled correctly, you can complain to Kosovo's Information and Privacy Agency (IPA) or, if you are in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
